With mobile physical therapy, you receive the therapy or wellness services in the comfort of your own home!
Mobile physical therapy is a cash-based healthcare system with no hidden costs. With Strive Wellness and Consulting, LLC, you will have a full hour of one-on-one care with a licensed physical therapist.
In each session, you will receive the services that you truly need to improve. You have quick access to a physical therapist who can start you on the path to recovery without having to wait weeks or months.

Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy is the care and treatment of disease, injury, or deformity to develop, maintain, and restore your maximum movement and functional abilities through the use of exercise, manual techniques, and functional training.
Wellness and Personal Training
The APTA states, "Physical therapists play a unique role in society in prevention, wellness, health promotion, and management of disease and disability by serving a dynamic bridge between health and health services delivery for individuals and populations."
This means that although physical therapists are experts in rehabilitation and habilitation, they also have the expertise and the opportunity to help individuals and populations to improve overall health and avoid preventable health conditions.
Physical therapists' roles may include education, direct intervention, research, advocacy, and collaborative consultation. These roles are essential to the profession's vision of transforming society by optimizing movement to improve the overall human experience.
Meet Bobby
Bobby Rainey, PT, DPT, OCS, MTC
Bobby Rainey was born in Erie, PA and was raised in Waterford. After high school, she attended Gannon University, where she obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Sport and Exercise Science. She continued on to earn her Master's and Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy.
Dr. Rainey is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. The orthopedic clinical specialist uses advanced techniques and methods to assist the patient toward optimal function through corrective, adaptive, and prophylactic management of the neuromusculoskeletal system. She is also certified in Manual Therapy.
Manual Therapy is a specialized treatment approach that consists of "hands-on" techniques designed to mobilize joints, muscle, connective tissue, and nerves to promote healing and restore function. It has been shown in numerous studies to be an effective and important part of a comprehensive treatment plan for a wide range of conditions, such as arthritis, tendinopathy (disease of a tendon), and back pain.
Dr. Rainey lives in Fairview with her husband and 2 boys.
